PCCA ERF logosmWe are now accepting applications for PCCA's scholarship program for the 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarships are open to the children and other dependents of PCCA members' employees. Each scholarship is worth up to $10,000, and up to four scholarships are awarded every year.

PCCA is also awarding $1,000 "Who Will Do the Work?" scholarships to students at each partner school in the association's workforce development program: Northwood Technical College, Somerset Community College, State Technical College of Missouri, and Terra State Community College. These applicants do not need to be affiliated with a PCCA member.

The application deadline is February 15, 2026.

We encourage all of you to pass along this information to your employees and their children. Please provide this information to your HR departments and use the PCCA scholarship program as a benefit to employees.

Students interested in a career in utility construction should be directed to PCCA's Careers page.

Those applying for the $10,000 scholarships must be dependents of full or regular part-time employees of a PCCA member company (contractor or associate) who has at least one year of continuous service with that company on January 1 of that academic year. The employee must continue to be employed by a PCCA member's company to maintain scholarship eligibility.

Applicants can be high school seniors graduating that academic year, current undergraduate college students, and students not currently enrolled in college between the ages of 18 and 24.

For the $10,000 scholarships: The student selected to receive an award must have had a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale) during his/her high school or college years. Consideration will be weighted toward students following a course of study that is directly related to the construction industry.

Students selected for the award must follow a full-time college course of study or major in a four-year college or university, two-year junior or community college, or vocational-technical school. The student must complete a minimum of twelve credit hours each grading period.

PCCA will announce the scholarship winners at the PCCA 81st Annual Convention, March 6-11. 2026 in Hollywood, Florida.
